Legal Compliance

- The building’s environment cleaning and waste recycling tasks are managed by a dedicated property management company, ensuring thorough classification and minimizing pollution sources.
Energy Conservation
M-Power Information has always prioritized environmental protection, fully investing from a corporate perspective and encouraging employees to participate within their capacity. The current primary practices for conserving energy and resources are as follows:
- Office Lighting: The office lighting system uses high-efficiency, low-energy electronic lamps and ballasts, which consume significantly less power than traditional tungsten bulbs and help protect employees' eyesight.
- Eco-Friendly Printing Equipment: Environmentally compliant photocopiers are installed, with energy-saving reminders encouraging employees to use recycled paper and double-sided printing, supporting paper recycling and reducing paper consumption.
- Energy Reduction on Weekends: On weekends, the building’s air conditioning is turned off, and the operation of guest elevators is minimized to conserve energy.
Water Conservation
Conduct internal water conservation awareness education within the company, with relevant signage placed in restrooms to continuously remind employees of proper water usage methods and habits.

1.M-Power Information and Tamkang University Accounting Department GCRS Consolidated Reporting System Exchange Meeting
Since 2019, M-Power Information has donated the GCRS Consolidated Reporting System to the Accounting Department at Tamkang University for practical applications in internships. The company also holds exchange meetings to interact directly with students, allowing them to share their experiences with GCRS and discuss their future career development plans.
M-Power Information boasts a highly skilled R&D team. As the government adopts International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), the company has developed the Group Consolidated Reporting System (GCRS) and the Financial Notes Disclosure System (FNDS), offering comprehensive consulting services for product implementation. These solutions help corporate groups meet regulatory requirements, improve the quality and transparency of financial reporting, and independently complete their entire financial reports.
In addition, recognizing the importance of internal management needs, M-Power Information offers corresponding solutions such as the Corporate Management Operations Reporting Solution (CMO) and the Profit Center Income Statement System (PCIS). These tools enable corporate groups to efficiently address both operational management requirements and regulatory reporting obligations.
2. Group Consolidated Reporting System Software Donation to Tunghai University and Intelligent Accounting Technology (IAT) Seminar
On December 11, 2019, the "Intelligent Accounting Technology (IAT) Seminar and Group Consolidated Reporting System Donation Ceremony" was held at the Humanities Hall of Tunghai University. The seminar was hosted by the Accounting Department of Tunghai University. During the event, Chairman Hsu Chin-Lung of M-Power Information and President Wang Mao-Chun of Tunghai University signed a memorandum of understanding, completing the donation ceremony for the Group Consolidated Reporting System (GCRS).
As the government adopted International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), M-Power Information launched the Group Consolidated Reporting System (GCRS) and the Financial Notes Disclosure System (FNDS), providing comprehensive consulting services for product implementation. These systems assist corporate groups in meeting regulatory requirements, enhancing the quality and transparency of financial reporting, and independently completing entire financial reports. Currently, nearly 150 publicly listed corporate groups use the GCRS system. In 2019, GCRS was honored with the Outstanding Digital Innovation Award by the World Information Technology and Services Alliance (WITSA), an organization with 90 member countries.
For corporate groups, in addition to suitable software to improve efficiency, there is also a need for talent with practical experience in preparing consolidated financial statements. To address this, M-Power Information proactively donated an educational version of the GCRS system to Tunghai University for teaching and practical application. Starting in the second semester of the 2019 academic year, the GCRS system will be integrated into the Advanced Accounting course in the university's Accounting Department. In addition to the software donation, M-Power Information also offers scholarships to encourage students to engage in learning. By implementing the system, students gain insight into corporate practices, enabling them to seamlessly assist corporate groups with consolidated reporting after graduation.
3.M-Power Information Donates Accounting Software to NCKU Accounting Department to Nurture Talent and Promote Development in the Accounting Field
On April 20, 2023, M-Power Information donated the Group Consolidated Reporting System (GCRS) to the Accounting Department of National Cheng Kung University (NCKU). The agreement was signed by M-Power Information's Chairman, Hsu Chin-Lung, and NCKU's Vice President, Chuang Wei-Che. Through this software donation, M-Power hopes that students will gain practical knowledge of advanced accounting topics, such as group consolidation offsets, as applied in industry. This experience aims to equip them with the skills needed by companies upon graduation.
The Group Consolidated Reporting System (GCRS) represents an advanced level of digital optimization, making data processing more efficient and helping companies independently and quickly produce consolidated financial reports that meet regulatory requirements. This enhances the quality and transparency of financial information while enabling companies to analyze consolidated data at any time and access comprehensive financial management insights. Beyond the software donation, M-Power Information looks forward to further interaction with students to help cultivate talent for the industry.
4. M-Power Information Donates Accounting Software to Soochow University School of Business to Build a Comprehensive Accounting Ecosystem
On August 30, 2023, M-Power Information held a signing ceremony for the donation of the Group Consolidated Reporting System (GCRS) to the School of Business at Soochow University. The event was attended by M-Power Information’s Chairman Hsu Chin-Lung, Vice Presidents Lo Ching-Tsu and Chen Hsin-Yi, along with Soochow University’s Vice President Chan Chien-Lung, Dean Nguyen Kim-Hsiang, and department heads from the School of Business. The agreement was signed by Chairman Hsu and Dean Nguyen, representing both parties. Through this donation, M-Power aims to help students gain practical knowledge of group consolidation offsetting issues in advanced accounting, equipping them with skills needed in industry after graduation.
Since 2019, M-Power Information has donated the Group Consolidated Reporting System (GCRS) to four universities—Tamkang University, Tunghai University, National Cheng Kung University, and Soochow University. These donations encourage students to actively learn, gain practical experience, and prepare them for careers in the industry, contributing to the development of a comprehensive accounting ecosystem.
5.M-Power Information Provides Scholarships for Outstanding Students in Professional Courses and Financial Aid for Underprivileged Students to Encourage Diligent Learning
For corporate groups, in addition to having suitable software to improve work efficiency, there is a need for talent with practical experience in preparing consolidated financial statements. Recognizing this need, M-Power Information proactively donated an educational version of the Group Consolidated Reporting System (GCRS) to Tamkang University's Accounting Department for teaching and practical application. Beyond the software donation, M-Power also provides scholarships for outstanding students in professional courses each semester to encourage dedicated learning.
