This includes investigation standards, follow-up actions after the investigation, and confidentiality mechanisms. Personnel involved in handling whistleblowing cases are required to sign a written statement to ensure the confidentiality of the whistleblower's identity and content of the report. They also commit to protecting the whistleblower from any unfair treatment resulting from the report.
